He is a licensed machinery manufacturer registered with NFCSF (New Delhi), NCDC (New Delhi), Commissionerate of Sugar, TASCO, He has carried out many projects in India, Brazil, Rwanda, Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya, Zambia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Europe, America etc.

Mr. Santosh Gudagunti has profound experience in the Industrial Chains manufacturing industry in the USA, where he looked after the complete operation of the plants. He is a Master of Science graduate with a Gold Medal in Industrial Engineering from Lawrence Technological University, Michigan, USA. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the manufacturing industry, having grown up in a family involved in various industries like Sugar, Distillery, Cement, Steel etc.
He is a certified Six Sigma Black belt. His projects implementing and adopting Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing and Optimization tools in the Sugar Industry, Cement Industry and Steel Industry have saved millions of dollars.
Mr. Santosh is a recipient of several awards, including
- Society of Manufacturing Engineers Outstanding Member Award 2018 from Lawrence Technological University, Michigan, USA.
- Outstanding Industrial Engineer Award from IEOM at 8th IEOM International Conference at Indonesia (2018)
- Outstanding Industrial Engineer Award from IEOM at 9th IEOM International Conference at Paris, France (2019)
A National-level Shuttle Badminton player, he applies his sports discipline to tackle professional challenges. Presently he is the Managing Director of Gudagunti Infra Tech Pvt Ltd (RUN CHAINS) and Director at Shri Prabhulingeshwar Sugars & Chemicals Ltd in Karnataka, India.
