Our Workshop facility at Dharwad is equipped with most modern and upgraded Power Presses, Forging Presses, Hydraulic Presses, Induction type Heaters, Electrical GCF Furnaces, Electrical Tempering Furnaces, Electrical Stress Relieving Furnace, Components Washing unit, CNC Turning Centres, VMC Machines, Plasma plate cutting machine, Centreless Grinding machine, Shot blasting machines, Special Purpose Bush slot Milling machine, Special Purpose Drilling machine for precision and accurate manufacturing.
Well Equipped Labs
Our Quality and Heat treatment lab is equipped with high class components testing machines such as Ultrasonic Testing (UT) machine, Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) machine, Hardness Testing machine (Brinell and
Rockwell), Break Load testing machine etc. to make sure the mechanical and chemical properties of the components are as per desired design to achieve the client’s requirement.
Quality Testing
Everything we deliver is manufactured in-house to match our Quality standards.
- Our Chains are designed and manufactured to withstand severe corrosive and abrasive conditions guaranteeing the durability, strength, and performance.
- All the components such as Links, Bushes, Pins and Rollers gets 100% quality tested at every manufacturing process and before dispatch through UT(Ultrasonic Tester), MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) and Hardness testers.
- After assembling, every Chain undergoes the quality tests such as Hardness Test, Metallurgical Test, Ultimate Breaking Load Test etc. to ensure that all the products supplied by us meet the highest quality standards exceeding the expectations of our customers.
